1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the jjw7 platform — including the website at jjw7.app, any associated mobile experience, or any jjw7 product or service — you enter into a legally binding agreement with jjw7 and confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the jjw7 platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account and registered players who deposit funds and participate in casino games, sports betting, or any other product available on the platform.

2.3 Registration and Account Accuracy

When registering a jjw7 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must not use a pseudonym, nickname, or any name other than your legal name as it appears on your official identity documents.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If any of your details change — including your email address, phone number, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawals or temporary suspension of your account pending re-verification.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active jjw7 account at any time. The opening or operation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. jjw7 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts using signals including, but not limited to: shared device identifiers, shared IP addresses, shared payment methods, identical identity documents, and shared household address. When duplicate accounts are detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any bonus funds, free spins, or promotional credits held in duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Real-money balances in duplicate accounts may be confiscated at jjw7's discretion where evidence of abuse or fraud is identified.
• The primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jjw7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jjw7 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

By using the jjw7 platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a way that is not available to ordinary users.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in jjw7's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any casino game or sports betting market to manipulate outcomes.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or ongoing use of the platform.

jjw7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

3.3 Account Currency

The jjw7 platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) as its base currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, wins, bonus amounts, and limits are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied within the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jjw7 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account registered to your phone number), and proof of residential address. Processing of the withdrawal request will be paused until all requested documents are received and verified to jjw7's satisfaction.

4.4 Withdrawal from Bonus Balances

5.2 Cricket and Outright Betting

Cricket outright markets — including tournament winner, top run-scorer, and tournament top wicket-taker markets for competitions such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL — are settled according to the official results declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). Bets on events that are cancelled and not rescheduled within a defined window will be voided and stakes returned.

5.3 Casino Games and RNG

8. Termination & Suspension

Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Account closure does not affect any outstanding bet settlement obligations or any investigation that is ongoing at the time of the closure request.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account by either party, access to the jjw7 platform will be revoked immediately. Real-money balances (where not subject to forfeiture under these Terms & Conditions) will be returned to the verified payment method on file. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited. jjw7's obligations under any outstanding bet settlement will survive account closure unless the account was closed due to fraud or a material breach by the player.

8.4 Governing Principles

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and jjw7 with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
